Sometimes we may end up scrolling through social media in the middle of our tasks, and at times we forget to take a break on the weekends too. Yes, we are humans!! This can happen. Our life is not made up of scheduled boxes always.

 

Have you come across a friend who called you in the middle of your work, whose call you attended, and the conversation went on and on, and you end up not finishing your work? Or a boss who instantly gave you a buzz to work on a weekend?

 

Do you think they are your energy suckers? I would rather call them energy vampires. At times, people around us can knowingly, or unknowingly affect our mental health, our work schedules, our career, and our personal life. This happens when they cross the boundary in our lives.
