As more and more women break out of the traditional homemaker or office-goer roles, a new tribe of women is out there – the homepreneur!
These women use their skills and talents to create businesses where they are their own bosses. Rather than restrict themselves to a 9 to 5, they work from home and carve out a niche for themselves in their chosen fields.
Some women create products and services that were not available on the market before. Imagine what wonders these women could achieve when they band together.
This idea led to the foundation of the Homepreneurs Club. What one woman can do alone, a group of women can do better. Homepreneurs Club Networking Events are a fun and informal group of women pooling their collective know-how and ideas to help each other grow.
The highlights of this Coffee Meet were

- Sharing your amazing creations and services with other women who have travelled similar journeys to starting a business is a special feeling.
- A short talk by each member telling us about their businesses and what makes them unique
You inspire others when you put your passion for your business into words. That special feeling also empowers you and gives you the warm glow of success. The confidence and joy this brought to our club members’ faces were clear.
Discussions
Experience is most valuable when shared for others to learn from. Our members had group discussions about a wide range of topics ranging from business goals, ups and downs to the struggles of being a woman entrepreneur, balancing work and home.
Women’s Empowerment
The road to success is not always smooth, and many of us face personal and professional hurdles that we do not usually talk about. Our coffee meeting saw deep conversations on motivation and mental health.
Our homepreneurs shared how they overcame self-doubt and judgement from their society and dealt with life’s struggles to reach where they are today.
