The event started off with quick introductions of each one present, having fun chit chats and knowing more about the others’ business enterprises. We listened to each other’s wins & losses and the enthusiasm in all kept rising up. It was an awesome session that everyone was so glad to be a part of.
It was so wonderful to witness our members become friends during the networking session. We started our Homepreneurs Club when the Pandemic times were on the rise. The pandemic had a huge impact on businesses across the country, with many losing their jobs. But, it was incredible to see so many new businesses starting up during the time. 😊
We wanted to empower women with financial freedom and peace of mind. The growth of many businesses relied on social media. They were so focused on 1 basket for their business which was social media, that they missed out on all other opportunities. We started to focus on educating our members and developing other skills which are important for growing a business.
Our members had valuable days with some very knowledgeable and passionate people who were willing to share their knowledge & experience. We enjoyed engaging them in our webinar sessions which gave the best practices that can be implemented for improving their business!

Club members have been getting a lot of great marketing advice lately that has really helped them with their businesses. They were able to engage with many new tools, resources, and applications that can be used in marketing their products, and services. Marketing advice is a major thing that has helped them take their business to the next level.

We have so many things happening inside our club. We started with our webinar sessions from virtual meets to live Question and Answer sessions, engaging the community with daily activities, giving them challenges, adding up resources to each day to upskill their knowledge, and now, the “In-Person Meeting”.

The meeting at Spontiphoria was everything that I hoped for and more. Many talented women and mompreneurs from different sectors came together, and we discussed, and laughed. Also, we had a free headshot which Bilna had arranged and I am eagerly waiting for the picture 😍

Our members have been very excited about this new development and it’s clear that they love being able not only to communicate with each other but also to share their experiences in person! The first meet was such a success and hence we had our second meet very soon. We’ll be conducting more meets on both sides across Dubai soon enough.

It can be really hard being an entrepreneur. You have so many challenges that affect even your mental health at times, will people around you understand these? Or do they only see the success and never know what it is like for somebody who’s struggling – sometimes on a daily basis?!
Is there a fear that by sharing your problems with those who love and care about you, they will judge the situation?
But what if you have a problem and don’t know how to fix it? You need an awesome community of business owners, who will listen without judging. Networking with these people is important because they can offer guidance in times when we’re feeling lost–they’ve been there too!
Talking to people with similar experiences helps us navigate through our confusions/doubts, leading to a clear thought process and helping us calm down through our anxious state of mind – which is the ultimate importance, right?
The best way to survive in business is by being able to network with other entrepreneurs. You may not always agree, but at least you can talk about your problems and concerns without fear of judgment from others who are going through similar struggles as yourself.
